Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbl parsely
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbl worcestershire sauce


Instructions:
Combine ingredients, mix gently. Shape into ball form and place on jelly roll pan. Cover & flash freeze. Place into freezer bags.

Serving Date: Thaw. Cook 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
