The participant fees charged cover cost of supplies which include jars, lids, product and spices. Each paying participant will take home approximately 8 quart jars, 10 pint jars or 12 8-ounce jars of completed product at the completion of workshop. Friday and Saturday events are "cost share" events. These are small cooks based on size of group and total cost of supplies are divided into total yield of jars. Each participant is eligible to purchase a total number of jars equal in distribution at actual cost. "Cost varies based on ingredients./
